Vision Planning Focus Group Calendar*

*This calendar is a work in progress. It is meant to be a big picture guide that leads us through the steps of the tasks that each focus group will complete on the way to our goal. We will be using this calendar to make sure that we stay on track during the Vision Planning process.

Suggested dates appear in grey. When you set a date for a line item, please email both Don at dpattonor@gmail.com and Amber at psalm68@comcast.net with the line number and your date. The new date will be recorded in black. After the task has been completed, please let us know so that we can put a check mark next to that line item. J

Red numbers in the far left column denote that the completion of this task is a prerequisite for the completion of another task. (This task may or may not be a task that your group has to complete, so another group may be needing this information before they can begin a certain task - check the "Pred." column to see which group's task are dependent upon red tasks.)
